Exchange Policy

What is our Exchange Policy?

There are 2 situations that we accept exchanges:-
(i) For orders where customer receives different items from the original order. In this case, NADA will be fully liable for the shipping cost.
(ii) For exchanges due to size of item not fitting the customer. In these cases, exchanges will only be done on the basis of stock availability. Customer will also be liable for all return and delivery shipping cost.
Exchange procedure will be started by NADA within three (3) Working Days once returned goods have been received by NADA team. After checking that your return has been correctly exercised and that the returned products are accepted, NADA team will contact you to proceed with your Exchange procedure.

How do I initiate an Exchange request?

You can contact NADA Customer team via NADA Official Website (www.nadaidentity.com) chatbox and notify of your exchange request.

IMPORTANT: Please correctly include your email address, phone number, order number, name of item, reason for exchange and picture. This would help ease the process further.
Upon receiving and inspecting the pictures and reason provided, we will get in contact with you within three (3) working days to guide you further on your request.

What items are exchangeable?

You can return your items within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment.
  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
IMPORTANT: Free gifts, promotional items or items purchased at our pop-up booths are not exchangeable.

How soon will I get my exchange?

Once your returned item is successfully received and inspected by NADA team, we will contact you to notify that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your exchange.
